Wrong size
My bad! Even though the pans size was stated... I assumed it was the same size as the one I was replacing. The Oster Toaster Oven serial number matched but the replacement metal tray was much smaller than the original. Since the postage was more than the tray, it is not feasible to return.

No installation needed, it was just a replacement for the bake pan. I bought the toaster oven and 2 days later, my kids used it and put it in the dishwasher. Needless to say it is not dishwasher safe! The Oster (manufacturer) website didn't have replacement parts. I'm grateful this website did have the bake pan. Very easy to order and it was here in a few days.
