3. Installed new o-ring and replaced screws in cover.
** Originally the machine would not hammer. Come to find out I bought the tool used the there was a new tube of grease that had never been used and that was why it would not hammer. Each use of the tool you need to put a little bit of grease on the bit before locking the bit into place. I just happened to spill the oil when I removed the inspection cover.
