Parts are always exactly what I ordered...US postal service redirected my order a few times so it took a little longer than expected to receive but not replacementparts.com fault

There was only one bolt to install the muffler
There was only one bolt to install the muffler and no lock washers. My muffler keeps vibrating loose. Now I will have to order (1) bolt and try and find some lock washers. Your pictures are incomplete. You call it an assembly, then why isn't everything there to install it. Must have been done by somebody in an office who doesn't have clue about repairing things.

Replace pull starter rope and exhaust muffler

    Allen - January 29, 2016
    Tool Type

    Blower

    Difficulty

    Medium

    Time

    15-30 minutes

    Tools Used

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Power Drill, Nutdriver

The first step is the removing of the starter cage and various housing parts.. The screws holding the plastic pieces around the starter and the muffler required a star bit to remove and reinstall them. The only item that required some research was removing the rope without releasing the spring. I used an allen wrench to lock the spring in tension. There is a cut out in retaining wheel for the wrench to fit. Once that was done the rest went fairly easy. Over all the repair was easy and can be done by most people.
I have used E-replacement for parts I needed for various repairs. They have just about anything you need. Diagrams and parts lists are easy to use for ordering parts. Delivery is quick.
