The new part came in and there was no threads for the bolts.
When I took the bad part off, notice the bolts were not self tapping
Had to find a tap set for the four bolts and match the threads.
Once that was completed I installed the new part and tested.
So far it is working correctly.
I would recommend having the spindle assembly come already threaded.
Or have the manufacturer put self tapping bolts in their product.
