REMOVING THE MOTOR HOUSING CAP [top] 1. Remove the motor housing cap.
Remove the (2) screws from the top of the cap.
Lift the motor housing cap away from the motor.
INSTALLING THE NEW MOTOR HOUSING CAP [top] 2. Install the motor housing cap.
Inspect all exposed wiring for potential "pinch points," and adjust the wires as necessary.
The new cap is specifically designed to accommodate the router's switch, power cord and motor brushes. Align the openings in the cap with these components and install the cap onto the motor.
Secure the motor housing cap with the (2) screws.
