Quick handle folding release on mower handle was broken

Removed old 'release knob w/ aid of a screwdriver.
Snapped new part in place
Tested new handle folding release

Handle mounting bolt fell out and quick release for folding handle broke

Replaced missing washer and shoulder bolt, removed and replaced broken quick release assembly.

Popped off the broken quick release... snapped on the new one.
