Screwdriver, Torx wrench
A medium with flat head screwdriver will do the job but the appropriate torx wrench just makes it easier. The steps are simple:
1) Remove the filter cover and air filter.
2) Remove three screws holding the assembly to the carburetor. The assembly will simply pull away. There is one small tube attached to the backside of the assembly... disconnect this.
3 Connect this tube to the backside of the new assembly, line the assembly up to the carburetor and put those three screws in place. Put several drops of 30wt motor oil onto new filter and squeeze out the excess. Align the filter in place and put the filter cover on.
4) Celebrate "another quality job well done" hehe
