This air cleaner assembly helps to prevent dust and other debris from going into the carburetor. It is a complete assembly which includes the pleated paper filter and a foam pre-filter, over time parts tend to get dirty and clogged which can restrict the airflow resulting in a loss of power. Inspect filters periodically and replace them as needed to maintain peak performance.
