Hard start, no power
1. Removed muffler, found screen plugged w/carbon, heated w/torch, threw on the work bench, carbon broke off like new.
2. Removed fuel tank assy, replaced w/new one
3. Removed carburetor, disassembled, blew out passages w/carb cleaner, reassembled. Still ran terrible.
4. Pulled carb again, went to the other end (throttle linkage) seemed to work free, however rod w/holes seemed to not open fully. Dissembled and cleaned, found a lot of crap, cleaned, reassembled, installed. Runs like a funny car. Never ran this good when new, I think the problem was always there, just got worse over time.
Your company and good people certainly pointed me in the right direction!

Primer bulb cracked, air filter needed to be replaced
Removed air cleaner cover, removed rear part of air cleaner and prime bulb plate, replaced prime bulb, installed air cleaner.

Removed the air filter cover then the old air filter and replaced it with the new air filter, then replaced the air filter cover

Primer bulb broke, filter was bad
1. Removed old bulb by pulling off and removing gas lines.
2. Replaced bulb by attaching gas lines; snapped bulb into place.
3. Unscrewed filter cover.

Preventive maintenance and gas tank leaked
Spark plug and air filter simple replacement. Gas tank was a great fit and aligned perfectly with existing holes. Had to adjust the fuel line length by simply pulling more line out of the tank to hook up. Easy job.

Screwdriver, Power Drill, Had to have a allen wrench to remove one screw.
Purge bulb was leaking and air filter had deterated.
Removed phillips screws from outer cover and one screw that was a allen screw. Removed cover to get access to the purge bulb. Removed gas and return lines and reinstalled lines one new purge bulb. Reinstalled purge bulb in blower like it came out and replaced screws in side cover. Installing the air filter is just removing the thumb screw from the air filter cover and installing the new filter in a like manner.

Remove air filter cover took off gas tank then took off carb. Put on new parts and put back together filled with gas and started right up.

Replace fuel tank and air filter
Removed three screws from the tank, disconnected the fuel lines from the carb. Removed the old tank and installed the new one and the fuel lines. Removed the air filter cover, removed the old filter and installed the new one, then replaced the cover.
