Replaced fuel line and other items on chain saws and the parts cost less from here then buying then local. Also looked at youtube. But I will get all my parts from this web site because I like their prices and delivery time.

chain saw was leaking fuel.

My chain saw had been setting in the garage for over a year and would not start. I noticed that the primer bulb was leaking fuel and that the fuel line was looking dark and was hard. I order the parts and they arrived within a few days. I took the covers off the saw and took the primer bulb off and replaced it. The fuel line took a little longer but it went together easy. Installed the spark plug. Then fueled it up and it started the first pull. Had to do some tuning on the high and low and now I have to go to work......

Air filter damaged

Removed the air filter cover with a Torx driver, removed and discarded the old filter, wiped out the air cleaner area, re-set the new air filter, and replaced the cover.

Fuel lines had completely rotted away. Went ahead and ordered some maintenance parts before use. The saw is like new but has set for over twenty years.

Pulled carb, cleaned fuel tank, installed fuel filter, fresh gas and oil mix. Sharpened chain.

Removed the cover, replaced the spark plug and the air filter.

Fuel lines deteriorated, carburetor dirty, filter dirty, chain worn out

1. Removed, cleaned and rebuilt carburetor.
2. Replaced fuel, purge lines and fuel filter.
3. Oiled and replaced air filter.
4. Removed and checked piston and rings.
5. Replaced spark plug.
6. Replaced chain.

Fuel, purge lines and air filter rotted away.

Removed engine cover to expose carb and old fuel/purge lines. Remove old lines from carb and primer bulb. Cut new fuel line/purge line ends at an angle to allow them to be started through access holes into the fuel tank. Pull them through with needle nose pliers from inside the tank. Attach fuel filter to fuel line(inside tank) and attach other end of fuel line to carb. Connect purge line to primer bulb. Add a small length of fuel line from primer bulb to secondary carb fitting to prime engine. Check for fuel leaks then reattach engine cover.

Primer bulb was cracked,air filter dry rotted,and fuel lines brittle

1. Opened access
2. Removed bad components
3.Installed new fuel lines and connected to carb.
4.installed new primer bulb and connected fuel line
5. Installed new air filter
6. Added gas and started saw.

Gas lines deteriorated

Removed chain cover and starter cover removed air filter removed carburetor nuts pulled off carburetor while squeezing gas trigger so linkage will remove from carburetor . cut gas lines 1 in long in half to insert into tank pulled through with hemostats attach lines to carburetor an reassemble this was the hardest part getting gas lines through holes in Gas tank
