Billed shipping charge twice for wrong part
I ordered the crumble tray and a large bake rack for my toaster oven. Whoever packaged it sent the wrong rack. It is a good 2 inches shorter than the website description. Customer Service Rep was very nice and admitted it was their error. They refunded the cost of the incorrect part and then reordered it again(I am hoping it is the right dimensions this time). She told me that they would obviously not charge me the shipping cost again since it was their error. Guess what, they charged me for the new part(understandable) and another shipping charge. That charge is 3 times the cost of the part. I didn't mind spending it the first time but when it is the company's error then they need to absorb the cost of shipping the new part.
