Band Saw Blade Bi-Metal 14 Teeth per Inch 44-7/8 in.

Milwaukee Bi-Metal Super-Tough Band Saw blades outlast conventional blades up to 3 times, requiring fewer blade changes. An extremely hard and uniform tooth point is electron beam welded to a tough durable backing with high flex life for faster cutting and longer blade life. Recommended for cutting aluminum, angle iron, bronze, brass, copper, galvanized pipe, mild steel and tougher steels including stainless, chrome, tungsten steel plus other problem material at slow speed. Includes one blade.

    Remove the old tires from the tool. The new tires just stretch on, just make sure the nubs on the wheel are in the nub holes on the tire. Replace the blade and adjust tension and align.

    Broken case and handle

    Followed the very good instructions on the video......step by step, easy........I did have to jump to a different video to figure out the "bushing" replacement in the new case (that should have been mentioned in the case replacement video to make it easier) but it was also easy once I figured it out

    1. Removed the saw band.
    2. Removed the drive wheel.
    3. Replaced the sprocket and the chain.
    4. Removed the idle wheel.
    5. Replaced the tires.
    6. Reinstalled the wheels.
    7. Installed the new saw band.

    bought the band saw as is where is

    Set band saw up on table saw and installed tire on drive wheel that I had previously removed, replaced drive wheel thrust washer and aligned sprocket drive lugs plus socket head cap screws. Made sure that the blade teeth were installed in the right direction of rotation and released tensioner. Checked saw integrity by cutting to length four pieces of 1" stock. All in all a great buy, will purchase and install blade guides later, some wear in bearings.

    Blade was dull and the blade tires were dry rotted and one was broke
