Bought this at a local garage sale for cheap money...... known defects were a handle attachment problem, one wheel broken and the other badly damaged.
Replacing both wheels was trivial. The handle problem was a bit more complex but not involved with these parts; the handle "nut" for the bolt is captive and had been cross-threaded. It was a bit of fun to "stake" it so I could run a tap through it and fix that, but mission accomplished.
Only remaining issues are that I need to remove the display board and check the connections and soldering points on the LED displays, as some flicker occasionally. The wheels were an exact match and trivial to replace in a few minutes, requiring only the proper-size wrench for the nylock nuts.
