Removed the retaining bolt that holds the saw blade then inserted the inner bushing into place on motor shaft. Placed the saw blade back on the shaft on top of the bushing then replaced the retaining washer and bolt and tightened everything back down

Out washer problem
Remove blade safety shell's four screws.
Remove torsion spring with screw driver holding blade guard and remove guard.
Remove gear case by removing sour screws and remove gear set from housing.
Remove torsion spring holding shift bearing.
Press out old bear and replace with new and install torsion spring.
Grease gears. Re-install housing and four screws.
Re-assumable blade guard and holding torsion spring.
Install blade guard.
Remove torsion spring with screw driver holding blade guard and remove guard.
Remove gear case by removing sour screws and remove gear set from housing.
Remove torsion spring holding shift bearing.
Press out old bear and replace with new and install torsion spring.
Grease gears. Re-install housing and four screws.
Re-assumable blade guard and holding torsion spring.
Install blade guard.
