Needed a new carafe because the original had cracked. I have an older coffee maker and couldn't find a replacement in a brick and mortar store. The price that you charged was more than stores sold replacement carafes and plus then you have to add the shipping charge. I used the economy shipping and it was still more than $7.00. But on the positive side the carafe arrived well packaged and in perfect shape. I worry about ordering breakable products online because of the shipping concerns. But you did solve my problem that I had with the replacement carafe. Thank you
