This is an authentic OEM component from the Echo manufacturer. The blower swivel tube is constructed of heavy-duty plastic, and is made for use with backpack blower devices. This item is fitted onto the blower flexible tube and the blower straight tube, allowing the operator to clean landscaping from debris. This part is sold individually. A wrench and a screwdriver may be needed for making the replacement.

The original swivel was starting to crack where it clamped to the blower.

1. Loosened the clamp holding the swivel-tube to the blower
2. Loosened the screw and the adjustment knob holding the throttle handle to the swivel-tube and removed the handle
3. Removed and replaced the swivel-tube
