1. Removed the knobs from the cap screws and removed the table from the saw. Turning it upside down on the work bench.
2. Removed the old trunnions with a 7/16" wrench
3. Used a belt sander to take some width off each side of the clamp shoe until it fit smoothly in the trunnion.
4. The feet on the trunnion had more height so replaced the mounting bolts with 1/4-20 x 3/4" button head screws.
5. Making sure to put the smaller cap screw in the rear, mounted the new trunnions in place.
6. Remounted the table back on the saw.

2. Unbolt trunnions
3. Loosely install new trunnions, these replacement trunnions are much beefier, much better than the original (OE) parts
4. Reposition tilt table and snug attach bolts
5. Check table for proper position and tighten attach bolts
Ordered front and rear trunnions for 28-206 Delta Bandsaw table after and accident.

2. Noticed that the front and rear trunnions were identical except that the front had a table level scale that was attach and not really needed (also cost more).
3. Called to make the change and receive the order in a few days.
4. Both items were the same and the table works fine.
Band saw was damaged when it fell over during a house move. Saw table took impact of fall, trunnions broke.

2. Purchased slightly longer mounting bolts due to thicker mounting lugs.
3. Attached angle scale from old front trunnion to new front trunnion, by drilling holes and attaching with screws.
4. Reassembled trunnions and saw table to bandsaw. .
5. Resquared / releveled saw table. Make sure bandsaw blade still tracks in center of saw table hole, then tighten mounting bolts.
Original trunniions broke apart due to poor design.
