    Drill press repair
I purchased these hoping they would replace the trunnions on my Delta floor drill press. I was pleased when they arrived to see that they were an exact match. The shipping was fast . They don’t have the hole for the angle scale on the side but I don’t need that so it isn’t an issue for me. Very happy since the part number I needed for the drill Press was “obsolete “

these parts saved my Delta drill press!!!!
Without these parts being available my Delta laser drill press would essentially be junk. The table would not be usable without these these trunnions and most other parts are no longer made. Really glad I found E-replacement parts. I only wish you had some of the other parts I also need but no one has them! Thank you!

The trunnions I ordered were beefer than original. So some modifications were needed.
    1. Removed the knobs from the cap screws and removed the table from the saw. Turning it upside down on the work bench.
    2. Removed the old trunnions with a 7/16" wrench
    3. Used a belt sander to take some width off each side of the clamp shoe until it fit smoothly in the trunnion.
    4. The feet on the trunnion had more height so replaced the mounting bolts with 1/4-20 x 3/4" button head screws.
    5. Making sure to put the smaller cap screw in the rear, mounted the new trunnions in place.
    6. Remounted the table back on the saw.

    1. Ordered front and rear trunnions when notified that the front trunnion was not available
    anymore.
    2. Noticed that the front and rear trunnions were identical except that the front had a table level scale that was attach and not really needed (also cost more).
    3. Called to make the change and receive the order in a few days.
    4. Both items were the same and the table works fine.

    1. Compared new trunnions with broken trunnions to confirm that they would fit. (Part number was different than original, but was the recommended replacement. Mounting lugs on new trunnions were beefier and better than original, though they did elevate the saw table approx. 1/16" higher than original.
    2. Purchased slightly longer mounting bolts due to thicker mounting lugs.
    3. Attached angle scale from old front trunnion to new front trunnion, by drilling holes and attaching with screws.
    4. Reassembled trunnions and saw table to bandsaw. .
    5. Resquared / releveled saw table. Make sure bandsaw blade still tracks in center of saw table hole, then tighten mounting bolts.
