It's more time consuming than difficult to rebuild the manifold. I you have some time on your hands, that may be the way to go. I myself would go the easy route and buy the manifold complete.

The threads on the pump casting have become damaged. What is the size and pitch of the thread, so that I can get the appropriate thread chaser?

Never mind. A 22MM-1.5 die worked fine. The only problem is that even with clean threads, the coupling doesn't engage more than the last few threads, and once they are flattened, there's not much holding the hose.
I may try to add a permanent fitting to the cheap casting.

Hi Kenny,

There is not a seal kit available that includes all of the seals for the pump. On page B of the parts diagrams you will see that there are sub-assemblies for various portions of the pump, each of the sub assemblies include the seals for those parts.

What causes the pressure pump to leak oil?

Gun leaks where extension is mounted to gun. O Rings bad.
You have no O Rings listed. Is it possible to take out the brass part on the Gun that is screwed to the Extension? The hole is six sided where water comes out and an 6MM allen wrench just fits it. There is an O Ring on the brass outlet with a fiber washer just behind it and mine is broken. This is why I think that the brass fitting with the O Ring and fiber washer needs to come out. No other way to get the fiber washer on.
