The switch was bad, the drill would randomly start / stop.

Getting the correct trigger control switch was the hardest part. The staff at ereplacementparts were outstanding. I can't say anything negative. The were courtesy, professional, knowledgeable, (kindly insert any other superlative here i.e wonderful, excellent, etc.) assisted me in the return and shipping of the correct switch. The price was good / excellent and the product outstanding. My drill is working again. Well worth the time and money. I would absolutely do business with them again. (I almost want to break my other drill switch so I can do business with them again. Probably needs a switch anyway).
The written diagram instructions were good. However, I went to Youtube and saw a video of the repair / replacement and made myself familiar with the replacement before doing the actual replacement. I also had help by someone who reads and understands electrical diagrams. But a DIY can do it. Great job! Highly recommended and I would do it again. Positive experience.

Disconnect the wires from the old switch, then connect them to the new one. Make sure all of the parts are in their place , then put the handle cover back on.
