Coller that retains blade breaks over a lot of use, not a defect, just normal wear.
Remove the retaining ring and the first cam ring. Remove the lock pin and then the rest of the chuck will come off. Put the new spring cover on and the spring. Slide the sleeve onto the shaft and line up the holes. Put the rear cam on and hook it to the spring. Rotate the cam until there is enough room to put the lock pin in. Put the front cam on and make sure it lines up with the rear cam. Put the retaining ring on.

The Quick-Lok was work out and the plastic parts failed
Bought these parts... Threw them into my suitcase and flew to Guatemala. Took fifteen minutes to finish up with the instructions Milwaukee included with the parts. Could not have worked out better. You get down here were mail is undependable and ocean freight takes six weeks you don't want to find out you have the wrong parts. Everything was as promised and Ereplacement was able to fulfill my last minute order and get the parts to me before I flew out. I definitely will being doing business with them for my future repair needs.

It’s such a waste to throw things away when all they need is minor repairs. Thank you for providing parts to make the repairs.

I initially had some concerns, as the mechanism for the kit I received was slightly different than what was on my sawzall, but it ended up working perfectly and is as good as new! The replacement video on your website was a huge help.
