This is a genuine Weed Eater part for use with Edgers and Trimmers. The recoil starter pulley spins the flywheel to start the engine. The most common reason for replacing the starter pulley is when the edger won’t start. This part includes the pulley ratchet pawls, washer, and the screw. Here is a list of tools that are needed to install the recoil starter pulley a T25 Torx bit screwdriver, 11/16 inch socket, spark plug wrench, small flat head screwdriver, cord, Phillips head screwdriver, large flat head screwdriver and needle-nose pliers.
