I "fixed" the Spring that came with it once but it pulled out again... Does it ship already wound up like in pic? That would make installing it alot easier...but how do you get it to stay like that?

The install article is well done, as I have done a few of these repairs myself. But on an older Echo starter, when you put the rope in the pulley, the knot to lock it will be UNDER the pulley, not on the top, making it a much trickier repair.
