The plastic cap to my trimmer was cracked/broke
1. The repair was so simple. I used the pre-wound trimmer line I purchased from eReplacementParts.
2. The new plastic cap I purchased from eReplacementParts fit perfect. Snapped the new cap on and trimmer works just like new!!
3. Replacements parts were very affordable and delivered in a timely manner.

The spool cover which holds the spool of string cracked, and one of the "keepers" that holds the string in position flew out of it, never to be seen again.
eReplacement Parts sent exactly the part I needed, which was the Spool Cover. From there it was a simple matter of inserting the spool of nylon string and then attaching the spool cover to the trimmer. The only difficulty I had was during the first two attempts I didn't use enough force to properly seat the spool into the spool cover. As a result, the spool came loose, and the string unwound. The new Spool Cover requires a little more force to seat the spool of string properly in the Spool Cover. When I applied more pressure and heard the spool click into place, everything worked perfectly.

Removed the string spool and loaded it into the new spool cover. Then snapped the new spool cover onto the trimmer.
