  • Trunion spacers perfect size skilsaw 3410
My portable tablesaw was having a problem tilting smoothly for miter cuts. A broken trunion spacer was the problem. These were simple to replace and the saw now slides like new. Thank you ereplacementparts.com.

Blade could not tilt, preventing miter cuts.

Dissembled saw on a good flat work bench, replaced worn and broken spacer, and re-assembled saw. Reassembly must insure the alignment is correctly done so the saw makes square cuts. Re-assembly is easier done and better done with a second person to help with the re alignment. Not ABSOLUTELY essential, but very helpful.

Tilt angle table saw plastic guide broke and needed replaced.

Basically had to disassemble the saw other than unhook the wiring.
The table saw top and motor needed to be disconnected from the saw body.

The only difficult part was putting the saw and motor assembly back into the guide rails. The concept is not technical it's just awkward handling the saw and motor assembly and fitting it back into the angle adjustment guide system. If one unwired the motor from the chassis the reassemble would be easier.
