I Can’t Find My Sloan Model Number
So you need replacement parts, perhaps a valve, for your Sloan toilet or fixtures? Well, that’s why we’re here. The best place to start for Sloan replacement parts is with your model number. If you still have your owner’s manual or the box your fixture came in, you can quickly find the model number there. If you’ve tossed that, you may have to do a bit of searching to find the information you need.
For Sloan urinals, check the sides and the metal fixtures for a number stamped into the unit. If you have a toilet, check the metal fixtures for a number stamped into the metal. You can also check inside the tank and on the underside of the bowl for a number stamped into the porcelain. Fixtures can be a bit trickier. You may need to remove the handle and check for a number stamped into the metal there.
Once you have your model number, just enter it into the search box above to bring up a list of parts specific to your Sloan product. If you’re still having trouble finding it, just give us a call and one of our customer service reps will happily help you locate the information you need to get the replacement parts you need.
If you’re lucky enough to still have the box or owner’s manual, you can look there to find it. Otherwise, you’ll need to get dirty and look on your product itself. Sloan does not always list their model numbers on their products. Even if they do, it’s going to be in a location that may require the disassembly of your product. But before you go this far, try just looking on the underside of your product. If it’s there, it will be etched, printed, or displayed on the metal of your fixture.
Most Sloan model numbers start with two to three letters, followed by a hyphen (-), followed by three to four numbers. Some examples of this include SF-2400, ST-9000, and H-720. Occasionally, the manufacturer will just use a model name such as ECOS, Optima, and Solis. If you don’t find a name/number in the following formats, you probably haven’t found the right information.
We understand that this may be frustrating to find. And if you find yourself getting upset, please give us a call. Our customer service team has a process that allows them to easily identify your unit. We’re open Monday through Friday and can be reached at (866) 802-6383. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns with this process.

A Long History
Sloan has been the world’s leading manufacturer of water-efficient fixtures since 1906. The company hopes to deliver water solutions built to perform, guaranteed to last, and built with the goal of creating a more environmentally friendly water care system. They have several divisions that help promote these goals.
The Sloan Valve company, located in Franklin Park, Illinois, is probably the best known division. Here they refine manufacturing practices to reduce waste, and ensure that the craftsmanship they offer continues to exceed industry standards. If you’ve never used a Sloan product, you will notice the difference in quality right away.
