When I start it one of the brushes makes lots of sparks. If I keep it running it goes through the brush in less then a minute.

My saw is dripping oil. It appears to need a new seal (P/N 2610025245, item #75 in the parts drawing). I'm having trouble removing it from the shaft of the worm gear set. Suggestions?
