The blade base assembly (where the blade attaches to the metal rod) broke. A small piece broke off. Can this be replaced on the Skil 9205 Model?

I have a Skil Model 9205 Sawsall that is missing the blade clamp. The clamp fits on a half-round shaft. eReplacement sent parts they said replace the old clamp. I cannot see any way the new clamp fits on the half-round shaft. eReplacement says the old half-round clamp is no longer available.

The Model 9205 with the old half-round clamp is still in stock and for sale at Walmart.

Anybody have any information on where I can find the old model clamp? Or how to install the parts I received? (Parts 23, 24, & 28 on Skil 9205 parts blowup)
