This is an Authentic Manufacturer Sourced replacement part designed for Wagner Paint Rollers. These items provide an Air-Tight Seal for the Roller Arm Assembly. Over time O-Rings will shrink, become brittle and crack allowing for air leaks. At that time they should be replaced. These rings and a seal are made out of Rubber.
Replacing this item you would need Pliers or a tool to remove the old O-Rings.
