  • Fixed my DeWalt Planer
Not sure why this review link is only tied to a single screw I bought, but I bought multiple parts, including feed roller bushings and a drive-chain sprocket that had broken. Arrived very quickly, packed well and pretty inexpensive.

    Exact part
The screw was an exact replacement of the original. I can't say that for the rollers that I ordered in the same order. I was able to modify the rollers so I could use them but was disappointed of the situation it caused. I don't think my parts diagram that i downloaded from the web was correct.

My planer is up and running. Great place to get replacement parts when needed. Highly recommended.

Disassembled the machine. Cleaned and lubed the roller shafts and the new bushings. Installed the bushings and the new springs. Cleaned and assembled the machine. Bushings appear to be a square cube. They are not. Make sure to put them in correctly. Other than that, the repair went smoothly.

On a Dewalt planer, removed both side panels, inspected the main drive belt, it was good. Discovered the bushing on the rear drive roller was worn which caused the chain to jump. Using snap ring pliers, I removed the sprockets and chain, then unscrewed the screws holding the roller in position, removed the roller bushings. Inspected all 4 bushing, and only one was bad. Replaced the worn bushing with new, and new chain. The machine works like new again..
