Removed screws removed old sanding disk. Put new one on fit perfect new screws were worth putting on.Works perfect.

Product was from year 2000. Pad was dry rotted from being in damp basement

Power Drill, Battery drill with phillips bit

Removed three screws from old pad using a battery drill with phillips bit
Wiped clean base of sander where new pad was going
Checked screw holes for debris to be sure they were clean
Put new pad up to base, aligned the 3 screw holes, and started all screws by hand
After all screws were started in place, I used a battery drill to gently tighten screws
I did not have to use the new screws I ordered, the existing screws were in excellent condition

Simply remove the (3) screws holding the pad to the sander, remove the old belt If its still in place, Place the new belt over the small round tensioner first then roll it onto the larger center pulley. (motor drive). Re-attach pad, (I recommend a new pad every time) with the three screws....Your back in business.... eReplacement makes sense to me because they give you
piece of mind in that you can make an old worn out tool come back to life again... Thank you Guys!!!!
