Screeching, grinding sound when operating trimmer under load

Screwdriver, Socket set, Wrench Set, Allen wrenches, propane torch, snap ring pliers
1. Disassembled motor case from trimmer blade/gearbox unit
2. Opened "gearbox" case to look for worn/broken parts
3. Found no apparent problems, so removed both "gearbox" bearings for inspection
4. Bearings didn't look bad, but I knew from the symptoms and noise that it had to be one of the bearing so I replaced both of them (heating gearbox case to drop them into place)
5. Reassembled and filled gearbox case with white grease and no more noise!

, Just a Socket for the Spark Plug and an Alen wrench
1. Took all the lines out of the gas tank
2. Placed all the lines beside all my new parts and used it as my guide
3. Once I got all the pieces together I pushed the grommet back into the tank (not an easy thing to do)
4. I then took the old primer out and installed the new one, making sure I didn't get any dirt in the small hole for the gas to feed the primer
5. I replaced the old air filter with the new one and again you have to make sure you don't get any dirt in the area.
6. I took the new spark plug and compared the gap to the old one making sure it was the same
7. I then turned the trimmer over and replaced the screw that had been lost
8. I then greased everything and started my trimmer
