This is an authentic replacement part manufactured for use with Ariens snowthrowers. The metal scraper blade collects snow and ice at the bottom of the back of the auger housing. Scraper blades are a wear item because they constantly make contact with the ground. This scraper blade is sold as an individual replacement part.
