Description:

This replacement sawing chain is an authentic high quality item that is specially designed for Echo power pruners. It fits over the bar to cut the material. Over time the chain will stretch and become dull eventually requiring replacement. Please note this durable metal sawing chain is sold individually, replacing it you will need a wrench set and a screwdriver.

Some of the teeth was broken off.

Removed chain guard/bar nuts.
Removed old chain, cleaned all parts.
Reinstalled bar and installed new chain.
Replaced cover and adjusted chain as needed.
Performed cutting job as planned.

Broken throttle trigger. Worn chain, lost clamp screws. Worn sprocket.

Replaced lost clamp screws and nuts.
Installed new chain drive sprocket after removal of worn one by removing e-ring.
Replaced e-ring.
Replaced chain on guide bar.
Installed guide bar and sprocket cover.
Adjusted chain tension and tightened attaching nuts.
Separated halves of switch/trigger housing. (Note placement of different length screws).
Removed broken throttle trigger, watching placement of return spring.
Removed throttle cable.
Aligned mounting studs of new trigger after installing throttle cable.
Installed return spring.
Lubed cable and pivot points
Realigned housing halves and reinstalled screws.
Checked for smooth, easy operation.

Replaced tension screw and nut
Replaced new bar

Wrong parts sent

Wrong chains were sent. I ORDERED 2 - 91VXL39CK which are 10" chains for a pole saw which are clearly on the shipping invoice. What I RECIEVED were 2 - 91PX57CQ which are 16" chains! The only reason I did not return them is that I have a chain saw that they work on. I had to purchase locally the chains for the pole saw.
