It does not get steam anymore. What could be wrong. It seems it is in the iron itself. It gets hot but no steam and I don't hear the pump running. Thank you

Hi Gwen,
Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, if the iron is not steaming, make sure that the water tank is full and press the restart button on the control panel. If the water tank is full, make sure that it is properly fitted into its housing. If it is not correctly positioned, the iron will not work correctly. If the soleplate temperature is set to the maximum temperature the steam will be less visible as it will be hot and dry. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. Hello, Cheryl, thank you for your question. It sounds like you may need to clean the Calc . To do so, unplug the iron and let it cool for 45 minutes. Then, empty it and remove the anti-calc valve. Soak it in a cup of white vinegar or lemon juice for 4 hours then rinse it and place it back in your iron. We hope this helps.
