Adjustable Wrench, Allen wrenches

Loosen copper supply tube.
Remove plastic shroud.
Loosen head bolts and ensure identification and orientation of all parts.for correct re-assembly.
Pull finned cylinder straight off observing top and bottom differences and rotational orientation. Clean cylinder interior. Lightly lubricate.
Remove rod assy using long hex wrench down through opening by piston to loosen clamp.Observe torque required to loosen.
Practice installing new piston into cylinder before installing rod assy to crank. Piston must be inserted into cylinder sideways so that piston ring isn't damaged. Note that rod cross-section dimension can affect the ease of this. Carefully turn rod until piston head is square in cylinder. Disassemble after practice.
Install rod assy to crank and tighten clamp bolt to desired torque. Rotate piston to top dead center. As in practice, turn cylinder as far out-of-square to piston as possible and slide cylinder onto piston and carefully orient to 90 degrees.
Reassemble head parts maintaining original orientations. Re-do shroud and tube.
