Note, this high-quality component is sold as an individual item. Check the owner's manual and the appropriate diagrams for your model to ensure the correct application. A screwdriver will be needed to perform this repair.

Relay was not the problem.
The top bearing had worn from lac of lubrication (No lubrication from manufacture & bearing was made of steal, not brass or bronze).
Replacement bearing was not found, Made new bearing.
Repair complete
