Took the pressure gauge,hose connect off old regulator.
Rewrapped the pressure gauge and hose connect with teflon tape and screwed them into new regulator.
Connected new regulator to compressor.
Everything fit new regulator just as old regulator.

2. Same process on new regulator part to remove air press adj knob, then screw on housing and reassemble regulator in reverse order. Teflon tape used on all attach ports. Use caution for spring/block on rear of housing along with o rings on both front and back covers.
3. I did not remove any other copper air lines or compression fittings.
4. If carry handle was not there this would have been a 10 minute job max.
5. Compressor works great now. Old regulator was full of gunk and rust which is my fault for not draining air tank on compressor via lower blow out more often. 25 year old unit held air at 110 psi overnight unplugged. Success in my book
