This replacement starter housing assembly is an authentic OEM sourced item that is specially designed for Toro handheld lawn and garden equipment. It is the assembly that allows user to easily start the unit by pulling on the starter rope. It includes the plastic housing, starter pulley, recoil spring, plastic grip and the pull rope. Please note the hardware to secure this starter assembly is sold separately.

Remove the screws that attached the old starter. Then replaced the screws to secure the new starter.
