    Remove the four screws from the plate , then remove the old bulb. Install the new bulb in the new plate and use the four screws to attach it to the carburetor.

    fuel primer bulb had a hole in it.

    Screwdriver, Metric allen head wrench

    Allen head bolts held the shroud on. I removed all four or five bolts. Undid the spark plug wire at the spark plug. I moved the shroud slightly to access metric Philips head screws. Removed old bulb, Installed new bulb and re assembled. piece of cake

    Primer bulb was split

    Screwdriver, Socket set

    Opened air cleaner
    Removed 2 bolts holding carb
    Pull carb out until i could access primer bulb on side of carb
    Removed 4 screws to remove bulb
    Reassemble....tighten 4screws for bulb, realign carb (take care of gasket position...tighten 2 bolts.
    Be careful of the bulb and carb gaskets
