Product Description ?

This is a genuine item that is supplied by the original equipment manufacturer for use with Karcher pressure washers. This item is fitted with the pressure valve in the cylinder head, managing the fluid passage within the device. Over time components will wear out and may begin to fail eventually requiring replacements to ensure the equipment operates properly. A wrench and a screwdriver are helpful in the removal and replacement. Check the appropriate diagrams for your model for the correct application. One durable plastic plug with a rubber O-ring is included.

    Plug broke, lost pressure

    Rebuilt pump with new check valves, unloader valve, plugs. Video on ereplacements site provided the overview of disassembly and reassembly. Since I'm mechanically inclined and have done similar work for years, this was quite a simple repair.

    Tipped it on its side, took a screwdriver turn it, then took a needle nose pliers and pulled it out. And did opposite of want I did. THANK YOU

    Easy repair, after I found out where the water was coming from. The plug just presses in and turns to lock it. Then the spare parts kit is installed with the spring first, then the ball, o-ring on the plastic valve, then press the metal bracket over the tabs on the head to clamp it on.
