Tools Used:

Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Cylinder hone and piston ring compressor

Broke rod and counterweight link1 disassembled

Removed engine from mower
Disassembled engine, Removed head from block.
Removed lower pan, remove crank counterweight assembly, Removed piston/broken rod
Clean engine with power washer. Checked Main bearing, bore, camshaft measurements before installing crankshaft/ counterweight assembly. Installed piston/rod/ring assembly. Torqued rod bearing caps to spec. Installed cam assembly. Installed oil slinger assembly. Installed lower pan torqued in correct order. Installed head, torqued to spec, installed push rods and checked tapped clearance. Put on windings ring, flywheel, starter, shield wiring, rocker cover. Installed engine on mower, filled with oil and started running at moderate speed. Finished assembling mower grill hood etc.
