Why Repair?

By repairing your own household appliances and electronics, you are giving them a second chance and saving them from the landfill. You'll also reduce the amount of waste, power and gas it requires to manufacture and deliver new products.

Help me Spot My Philips Model Number

Like most other manufacturers, Philips requires the model number off of your product to look up parts. However, unlike some other brands, Philips makes it easy to find your model number by giving you four different locations to check. First off, the easiest way to find your model number is to look on the outside of the box that your product came in. Second, look inside the owner’s manual that came with your product. Third, look on the product itself for numbers printed directly onto the plastic (housing). And lastly, look inside the product (such as inside a microwave door) for an identification label with the Philips logo on the top, left-hand corner.

After searching these areas you should have come across a number similar to HD7842/00, HD6107/70, or ID555. Most Philips models use this same model number format -- two letters followed by four numbers. So when you find this number simply enter it in the search box provided above and get searching for parts!
