Screwdriver, Torx wrenches, screwdriver and soldering iron

1. Disassembled housing
2. Removed defective motor and drive shaft gear
3. Installed new motor and shaft.
4. Assembled saw housing.
5. Soldered wires to new motor
6. Attached motor cover to saw housing.

Completely disassembled saw, two screws to remove old motor. Because I didn't know what was causing chatter I ordered new gear set. End analyst showed gear trains are very large and it was not necessary to change. All in all quite easy, just have to take out every last screw. Because the wire lugs were not comparable spade size, I had to solder wires to motor lugs, no problem
