This is an authentic Bostitch replacement part, sourced from the original manufacturer for use with pneumatic nailers. The special o-ring is commonly used to seal the feed piston within the nose assembly. Over time o-rings and seals can wear out and become ineffective. Replacing worn out o-rings is part of normal maintenance, and this o-ring is available as an individual replacement part.
