Housing was cracked and nut missing

Removed the nut from the old cover, then installed the new cover with the two nuts.

Anchoring stud broke tightening it down.

1. Removed cover and saw blade with guide.
2. Used vide-grips to remove broken stud.
3. Screw in new stud.
4. Replace bar and chain.
5. Tighten the cover back down.

Removed broken clutch cover , replaced with new clutch cover and new nuts.

Gear Bevel Stripped

Thoroughly cleaned the chain brake assembly of all dirt for the mere fact that the parts are small and need to be precision fit. Assembly was easy, laid out the parts did a dry run to make sure the parts were right, they were, and proceed to assemble the pieces. Used the chain saw on more than several occasions and everything is still like new.
