Well yes but first take the cap off the valve(make sure there's no air in the tank) and you should see a spring and disc.Make sure you don't have a dirt or rust blocking the disc from sitting flat on the seat and holding the valve open.We get these and 99% of the time if you take them apart and clean them they will work fine again.Hope this helps.Good luck.
