This was an upgrade of missing or damaged parts
Removed torn or damaged labels. Cleaned the surface with alcohol. Carefully removed the label backing and carefully placed on machine being sure it was properly placed in the space outlined for the labels.
Using a small metal punch and ball peen hammer, removed a rolled pin which attached the handle to the ripping fence. Departed the rubberized name piece from the handle by sliding the two pieces of the handle apart. Replaced the new piece, making sure a connecting and was in line with the rolled pin hole. Using the hammer, replaced the rolled pin.
Unthreaded the two foot pads from the saw frame by loosing a wing nut used to lock the foot in place. Threaded the new rubber pads into the frame, with a wing nut on the threaded part of the pads. Adjust the pads until the saw table is level. Place the level on the saw table and adjust the pads until the level shows level. Lock the new rubber foot pads in place using the wing nuts.
