Find My Medelco Model Number
Medelco doesn’t actually manufacturer appliances, but they do sell replacement parts for some of the brands you may already own. You’ll still need to find the model number of your appliance, then head over to Medelco’s site where you can find the compatible parts. Just check their “Does it Fit” page, where you can find the parts for your machines.
For most coffee makers you’ll want to search the back, sides, and bottom of the unit to find the model number on an ID tag. Then head over to the Medelco site where you can find the parts that will fit your coffee maker. Still having trouble? Give us a call and one of our techs will happily help you find the information you need.
The Help You Need with Medelco Parts
Fortunately, most coffee and kettle repairs come easily to most people. You’ll usually just drop in a new filter or slide in a new carafe. A few fixes can become a little trickier though. But don’t fret, because we have you covered. If you find yourself stumped, check out our Repair Resources. We have how-to articles and videos on a wide range of repairs, and we also have a Repair Forum where you can find answers to all your repair questions.
If you still find yourself in a pickle, feel free to give us a call, and one of our repair techs can give you advice on how to get through even the roughest of repairs.
I really have appreciated the helpfulness of the employees at your company. It's fabulous to find a company with great customer service. :-)

Something for every Brand
Medelco got started in 1976 when Walter Wolczek invented the talking scale--a talking digital scale for the blind. Walter then went on to invent other medical products, including the first fetal pulse monitor, which is why the company’s name reflects medical electronics.
In 1981, almost by chance, Medelco took over for a recently closed distributor, and was given the patent rights to the universal coffee carafe as a result. And that’s when the One All brand was born. This allows the company to manufacture and distribute replacement parts for major brands at a fraction of the price. They pass their high-quality spare parts onto consumers, who get to save a more than just a few pennies in the deal.
