2. Removed the tension adjustment plate from the mower deck.
3. Removed the remaining clutch cable.
4. Attached both ends of the new clutch cable.
5. Replaced the tension plate, and the gas tank.
6. The replacement part was a perfect fit.

2. Removed clutch arm spring.
3. Remove cable upper retaining holder
4. Install new cable in reverse order, getting clutch arm spring on you need three hands. Hurt my bad back, but no one complain to.
5. Then remove the mower, lower cable retaining holder, lower cable clutch spring and then install the other end of the new cable.
6 .Be very careful that you correctly route this cable to prevent the damage that was done to the used tractor I purchased. Just for your info, I am 83 1/2 yrs.

2. I find it easier to replace the blades by removing the deck. It only takes about 15 min. to remove the deck, change the blades and then reinstall the deck.

After drooping mower deck and removing safety pins from mower brackets slide mower deck out the left side of tractor. tilt mower deck up so you have access to bolt holding blade. hold bolt with wrench, and using a larger wrench hole upper spindle bolt. Remove lower bolt, washer, and blade. Loosed and remove upper bolt from shaft along with pulley.. remove bolts from around Mandrel assembly and remove through bottom of mower deck. Replace with new assembly is reverse of removal.Reattach deck to mower and your done.

2. Removed the cable clamps
3. Removed the deck bracket
4. Removed the spring from the mower tensioner spot.
5. Removed the lower cable clamp from the deck bracket
5. Hooked the new cable to the Upper clutch lever pin.
6. Reconnected the upper spring
7. installed the upper cable support to the upper metal bracket
8. reconnected the cable to the body clamps
9. Reconnected the Clutch spring to the Deck pully system
10 Reattached the cable to the metal deck clamp
11. Reattached the deck clamp to the deck
